I was very disappointed with the Brazo Gitano Arequipe cake. I purchased it for a friend's birthday, and it was extremely dry and tasted old, as if it had been sitting for days. It was not fresh and did not meet my expectations for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, it was an embarrassing experience to serve it to our guests. I hope the bakery pays closer attention to the freshness and quality of its cakes in the future.

I just went in there to get food. I kindly asked. I would like to sit in here and eat. He kept telling me I’m here for pick up or delivery. I repeated multiple times that I am here to sit down and eat then they went and got the manager the manager came out and asked me what I needed. I said I wanna sit down and eat. She proceeded to ask me what my order was. I told her what it was then she says do you want to go just because my skin color isn’t the same as yours doesn’t mean you have to give me poor service so I’m going somewhere else.

If you’re looking for a delicious breakfast and an authentic cultural experience, this is the place to go! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. One of my favorites is the cachito, a freshly baked bread roll generously filled with ham. It’s absolutely delicious! They also offer a great variety of Venezuelan empanadas, all perfectly golden and crispy, never burnt. The arepas are fantastic as well. Honestly, no matter what you order, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special thank you to Kenia and Natasha for always providing such excellent service! Mi papá está especialmente feliz de que sirvan desayuno y almuerzo. Siempre va para allá, así que eso demuestra lo fascinado que está con la comida y el excelente servicio. I had a traditional breakfast at Don Pan Bakery, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The food was tasteless, and the arepa was extremely salty. Everything seemed like cheap-quality ingredients, and they even served the food on cardboard plates, which made it taste even worse. I don’t recommend this place—not only because of the poor food quality but also because the prices don’t match what you get. That’s why this is empty most of the time.

I had such a magical breakfast at Don Pan! It felt like stars were dancing in my mouth. Honestly, the empanadas and cachitos were the best I’ve ever tasted! They also offer plant-based milk, and you can tell the coffee preparation is done with care. If they could just tweak the coffee a bit more, it would really take the flavor to the next level!
